Bed or rather the mattress needs to be changed. Felt the springs and had an awful night sleep.

Really lovely stay in very clean hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room. Good breakfast choice with cooked or continental buffet style. Location is good and although there is a cinema and restaurants next door it was really quiet.

I like the Oxford Hilton's cleaness in the room.

I have some experiences in other Hampton by Hilton, but this Oxford's breakfast was much worse than other Hilton's, and my family was disappointed.

Clean, well-run hotel with great staff.

Location really suited us - away from city centre; quiet, no noise, no traffic but very convenient for fast and frequent bus route into city centre and free parking. Hotel staff were great - friendly and helpful; excellent service with a smile. Very good breakfast - wide choice of food; continental, yoghurt, cereal, porridge, fruit salad, waffles and well cooked English breakfast. Room was really clean.

Almost nothing! The only improvement I could suggest would be a slightly wider choice on the 24/7 snack menu if you wanted something to eat in the evening at the hotel (choice is basically pizza or chicken wings).

Wonderful stay and will come back!

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. We were welcomed by Prathamesh and he was so lovely, accommodating, friendly and smiley! We even got a nice text to check all was ok with the room and that we were happy with everything! Brilliant location. Great breakfast!

The only thing I’d say is that we appeared to have an adjoining room (obviously both doors were locked and secure) which meant that we could hear next door pretty well to the point that we were woken up by their phone alarm in the morning which was snoozed about 5 times! Not that it’s a reflection on the hotel and didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Lovely stay, really comfortable

Loved when we went in room was written my name on the TV display nice touch. All new and clean, bathroom really nice with beautiful shower and sink. The staff downstairs made a nice hot chocolate for my son. Breakfast nice, my son loved the fresh waffles he made.

Didn’t like I couldn’t log in to the apps like Netflix unless I use my own account but they said they will soon offer it themselves.

Great location, terrible bed.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was spotless, lovely big shower. Very good location. Despite being next to the football stadium, it was so quiet.

The bed was so uncomfortable. Terrible mattress quality so had very little sleep. Although the breakfast was included, and the selection was good, it was busy and staff could not keep up with demand. The cooked breakfast foods came out at different times so a complete meal couldn't be eaten! As there was home football match, parking was not available until later in the evening. A member of staff kindly resolved this for us though.

Nice Hotel in Good Location

Very happy with this hotel. The staff were excellent and the room very pleasant. The park and ride bus to Oxford is just across the road making this a perfect location to visit the city. Breakfast is very good as is the large car park. There is also a stadium just across the road which would be handy if watching a game.

Disappointed and was expecting better.

Room was clean, hotel was tidy and modern and parking was adequate.

Hotel was quite noisy and the location isn't the best. Breakfast was disappointing, poorly cooked and very cheap ingredients. There was a selection but not much was fresh.
