Good for price paid

Great location for visiting my daughter in hospital. Bed was comfortable and linen was spotless. Breakfast was varied but only eggs offered not full breakfast. There were continental breakfast options which was good. Staff were a bit reserved but friendly. Free parking on site. Easy to find. Very little road noise.

Good and convenient for an overnight stop. Not sure I'd want to stay for a long break.

Very convenient for Churchill Hospital. Friendly staff. Good off road parking. Easy to operate TV. Plenty of tea for 1 . Very clean with lovely crisp sheets and soft towels.

Room was very hot. Toilet cramped behind bathroom door. Shower control varied during shower.

Excellent communication from the proprietor, easy access and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is positioned perfectly for the bus route into oxford city centre. When I visit oxford in future this is where I will stay.

Nice, clean, comfy and a really good price.

Clean. Comfortable and has parking. Easy access to buses into centre and walkable to Headington main stretch and restaurants. Aldi 4 min drive away. Staff lovely and extremely helpful. Really good price and bus only takes about 8 minutes into the city centre.

Stayed in Rm 2. This is the 2nd time we have been in this room. But the fittings and lighting are poor. Really dull lights, and the wall lights are loose. You can't fix them to shine on 1 place. The light by the mirror just keeps moving. They are attached to the wall and swivel about. The fan in the bathroom is soooo loud that you don't want to turn it on & the light above the bathroom mirror just doesn't work. BUT apart from the lighting and loud fan, the room is nice and cosy. There are lots of hangers and the bed is very comfy. WiFi is great and TV was easy to operate. Stayed in another room on a different visit and that was great. They just need to sort out the lights and fan in Rm 2. The breakfast is very basic. Eggs 3 Ways OR beans. Toast. Cereal. Muffins etc. It's OK. But that's all. We always go out for brekkie tbf. 8 mins on bus into centre with loads of choice. So you can stay or go out if you prefer easily enough.

Very comfy stay

We were warmly welcomed by the manager who also gave us lots of useful information about the area. The room was extremely clean and the towels were beautifully fluffy. Also a comfy nights sleep.

There was some noise from other rooms but not really enough to trouble me.

The room felt like it was in the attic. The shower head was dripping the whole trip. When I asked about breakfast it was very odd and not offered saying it was booked out however I was the only guest there. Breakfast was a very strange experience at the guest house

The room was clean and comfortable and a great location for visiting a local hospital. It had parking which was helpful and was good value.

We booked through booking.com and weren't sure whether we had arranged breakfast or not but that was due to the booking.com website not being clear or making the option to book it clear.

A 20 min bus journey away from the beautiful Oxford town center! Nice people and clean room. We had a parking space infront of our room. Very good continental breakfast!

The location was good, there is a bus stop just round the corner and within 15 mins you are in the center of Oxford.

The parking is quite tight to get to, the rooms can be noisy, there could be more to offer at breakfast.

Parking can be problematic. There are only 3 spaces at the front plus 3 additional at the back but if you have a bigger car, getting there is a nightmare as driveway is really narrow.
