The cleanliness

I asked for step free access or only a few steps as I have a broken toe and use walking stick to help me walk. Instead I was told that they had only one room on the 1st floor with no lift. The owner is very nice and took all my luggage upstairs for me. I was not told whether breakfast was included for the 2 mornngs I stayed there so I assumed that it wasn't and had to find breakfast outside. There were some guests who were very noisy very late at night/ early morning. They slammed their doors and listened to their TV on very loud volume giving me no sleep in my 2nd night. I was reminded to check out by 10am on the 3rd day but there was no offer to help bring down my luggage, I had to request help. Overall not a bad place to stay, housekeeping is good, owner is friendly but perhaps a bit more customer care is needed. Location is excellent.

I mentioned on my booking that I was visiting a friend in hospital yet I received a phone call telling me I had to check in before 6pm so after driving from London to Headington, I had to leave my friend in hospital after only a few hours just because they were inflexible about check in time. I also had to park in a different location on the first night.
