Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable with good facilities and most especially in the heat, it wasn't hot with good window access and a well working fan. The chair in the room was comfortable, and the wardrobe was spacious. It was also quiet. Great access to the bus and easy walk to the shops etc. There was a garden and lounge available for use.

The location was great, shops & pubs within easy walking distance. Bus stop over the road from the property was very useful for us, the number 8 and 400 to Oxford centre. The bus stopped outside on the way back. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
We found the bath slippery when using the shower & had to ask for a bath mat. A handle for getting out safely would be a good idea too.

Location was good, close to hospital
Room was tiny. With that and a shared bathroom, I felt the price was too high.
