Not a bad stay but spoilt by noise from room above

Sodden carpets with chemical smell which required shoes to be worn at all times. Insufficient communication from management to remedy situation. Sound proofing from upper floors not very effective.

Aweful

The absolutely worst piece about the stay was lack of sleep because of a stupid Buddha water feature right outside the door that could not be switched off with the constant irritating noise of a toilet bowl being dripped into along with other guests coming in at 4/5 am.

Этот дом находится на главной магистрали Оксфорда, по которой ходят сразу несколько автобусов. Наша комната находилась на первом этаже с выходом во внутренний двор. Номер большой, состоит из двух зон: две кровати и диванная группа. На террасе стоит плетенная мебель. Таким образом, номер ощущается еще больше. Чистое белье, есть туалетные принадлежности, стабильный вайфай. Инструкции по заселению очень четкие. Бесплатная парковка на 4 места перед входом.

Неясно почему, но внутренний двор совсем не убран( И листья, и следы птиц и бумажки при каждом выходе вводили в недоумение. Буквально немного усилий и можно было бы поставить 9 из 10. Немного течет душевая кабина и лейка чуть-чуть. Крючков в ванной ровно 1. Кондиционера в комнате нет, но спасали открытые двери в сад. Мусорные баки переполнены.
