location was good, very clean

the noise from the AC was so loud so i had to turn it off, so i was really cold the whole night. Additionally, even after turning it off, there was a wooshing sound from the vent the whole night which made it really hard for me to fall asleep.

Extremely poor value for money, even as far as low budget hotels go - DO NOT recommend

Everything was clean

Shockingly bad value for money - a bed that entirely filled the living space - no work table - television attached to wall (presumably distrusting clients to ensure that it didn't get stolen!!) I was fortunate that I had the means to go and stay somewhere else - which I did.

Bookings.com advertising was misleading as this property was advertised as having “spacious rooms for Oxford”. This property had the tiniest rooms I’ve ever seen. Even reception warned us how bad it was.

Good location. Short bus ride to city center but nice bars, restaurants and shops in the area as well. Easy check in and nice enough reception staff. Parking. Good temp control.

The room was tiny. Couldn’t have stayed more than one night or would have gotten claustrophobic. No place to put luggage or items in room beside to little shelf’s next to bed.

The room was the smallest and pokiest I have stayed in (and I've stayed in hotels in Tokyo-renowned for being small!) There is nowhere to leave even a small suitcase, without tripping over it. No hanging space - 2 coat hooks with a coat hanger each on

Soul less room, very pricey great if you want to feel instantly depressed

The architectural choice of making a very small window facing the parking that's also a "counter table". I stayed in shoe boxes that felt less of a trap.

I liked the non existence coffee/tea station on the room or the broken one in the lobby, the manners of the staff that were constantly listening to podcast on their headphones. A little corner chair in the room wouldn't hurt. I would also have appreciate if the mattress wasn't the cheapest in the market and call me crazy but what about having a little iron or a hair dryer in the room?

Budget hotel with clean comfortable facilities

The location was a bit of a walk from the centre but it was in a pleasant area with nearby cafes and shops. The 24 hour staff were very friendly and helpful and although small everything was comfortable.

A few more hooks on the wall for clothing would have helped as no rail or wardrobe. The ventilation fan was also very noisy. Coffee machine in the foyer was also not very good.

The location is not too far from the city centre and there are a lot of food shops and cafes and restaurants nearby.

There is no kettle and glass in the room. No table too to put watch and wallet.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities as promised. Staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The receptionist specifically changed me to a room at the back of the hotel when I told her I was a light sleeper.

The doors to the rooms, or at least the one I was in, are not well soundproofed. You can hear other guests go in and out of their rooms and their doors being shut. This woke me up several times throughout the night, though I am a very light sleeper. I was using earplugs, but I could still hear the sounds of other guests' doors. Just something to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Fast. We tried the bed due to the size got up used the toilet and left.

We never stayed. My partner is 6 months pregnant and due to the size of the bed and room we didn’t have the room for us to sleep so we drove back home that night. Considering we paid just under a 100 pound for the room. You could barely stand in the room it was so small. The bed was tiny barely a double one small pillow and another that was even smaller. I couldn’t sit on the toilet properly as the toilet was so small. We are just normal sized people aswell. Would never stay at an easy hotel even if I was paid.

I booked a disabled room. The bedroom was okay but the wet room floor flooded and wouldn't drain after using the shower. No weekend maintenance staff were available so a new, non- disability facilities room was offered. The floor space was restricted making it difficult to get in an out of bed easily. Good links to the city

Good bus links to the city centre and parking. Air conditioning and modern decor. The room was better than our previous stay as the air conditioning unit when switched on did not sound like a helicopter in the room. Plenty of food outlets for dinner around the hotel too.

A wonderful modern hotel with a beautiful interior. Great location, 10 minutes' drive to the city center. Shops and cafés nearby are easily accessible.

Very small room, barely enough space to move around the bed. The corridors are like a maze — it took us 10 minutes to find the exit the first time.

The room didn’t had a window and was as tiny as a room. We did book accidentally the room but photos on booking didn’t clearly showed that the room looked like. It was so unlovable that we shifted to a new hotel in a vicinity and lost the entire booking amount.
