The property was easy to access, and even though it was on a main road it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, and firm (which I like). And there was a Waitrose supermarket right across the road and shops and convenience stores nearby.
The property was a bit further out of town than I'd been led to believe. Also, extensive train station works meant that Botley Road was not accessible by vehicles, and I had to walk in and out every day, which took about 15 minutes each time. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped.

The bedroom was quite spacious and so was the bathroom. They were both very clean. Lovely fluffy towels and nice hand and shower soap. The house and room were very easy to find and to gain entry. The kitchen was very well equipped - a lot of pleasing little touches, like coffee pods, labels for fridge food, lots of ta, coffee and milk.
Nothing really that we didn’t like, although the entrance hall was a little scruffy and cramped but the rest of the accommodation was far superior to that.

Use of kitchen helped cut down on costs
The doors need some trimming so that you do not have to slam them shut; everything someone tried to close the front door my room vibrated.
Some hooks on bathroom doors would make it easier to use the bathrooms.
Not the House's fault but until the major roadway construction is finished in 2 or more years it is very inconvenient and expensive to access downtown bt taxi or bus.
