Nice, old school property in a nice riverside location. Very short walk to the train station and an easy walk into Oxford. Breakfast was very good as well. Be aware that there is no lift/elevator nor is there air-conditioning or mini fridges in the rooms.

We were most welcomed on our arrival, everything was explained as regards to amenities.
The breakfasts certainly set you up for the day, they were well presented and freshly cooked and came to the table hot, which was bonus.
For anyone going to Oxford, we would highly recommend a stay at the River Hotel and very reasonably priced.
Thanks for comfortable stay.

Location is perfect, only 5 minutes of walking from train station. The room is spacious. My room even had a river view! Also the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended.
