Great location for a stay whilst doing the Thames Path walk. Easy self serve check in and continental breakfast available the next morning before we set off. Tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The property was very good value and super close to the city centre. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful art deco fireplace and lovely chaise lounge. If old houses aren’t your thing it’s probably not right for your trip but we would definitely stay again.
The property was tired which is quite normal for the era of the house but that’s to be expected with a heritage home.

There was an old world charm.
Entering the property was complicated. The bedroom carpet and bathrooms were old and need renovating. While difficult for the property manager to control, the person sleeping downstairs from me snored so loud I had to put the fan on to sleep and had a very poor night sleep.
