Received a warm welcome upon arrival, room was lovely and cozy, breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and all made fresh. Located just 10mins from Oxford centre.

Empathetic and kind owners who were available for any queries and help. Room had all we needed and nice outlook.
After payment made Booking.com made mistake of describing room available as 'Entire House'. This was not the owners' mistake or fault I hasten to add.

Comfy bed, clean and tidy
The walk to the breakfast area was far too far, and breakfast itself - soggy bacon, awful tomato and generally very disappointing
