    No air-conditioning, it’s stifling hot in the room, I even never know a hotel hasn’t AC, it’s a terrible experience.

    I recently stayed at this hotel with my son, and we had a fantastic experience. I want to sincerely thank the team for honoring my requests for a quiet, lower-floor room facing the inner courtyard. It was perfectly tucked away from the street and pub noise, providing us with the privacy and peaceful environment we needed. They also kindly provided a fan to ensure the room stayed cool, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The service truly stood out during our visit. I would like to specifically commend the two receptionists on duty Juan, Abhishek and the hotel manager; they were all incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and well-managed place to stay. We look forward to returning!

    Place was ok except it does not have aircon

    Good central location. Rooms are nice but they didn’t bother reading our request in advance for a ground floor room (due to mobility issues). Quickly moved us to another room when we checked in because there was one available, this did delay our check-in. Mattress quite firm on our double bed.
