Super renovated flat with great facilities.
The stairwell was not well maintained.

This is a beautiful apartment in a tranquil location. It has all mod cons and a very comfortable bed. It is about a 10 minute walk from the Rail Station and is close to Perth's centre with ample shops, restaurants and cafes.
Nikita was good enough to warn me about the stone spiral staircase (about 38 steps) before the cancellation date. It is quite tough going hauling a case up them but it would be difficult to rectify this. Not to be put off unless you have serious accessibility issues.

Well appointed, clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the city. The directions provided were helpful and very easy to follow.
The entry and stairs could’ve been tidier, although it was explained beforehand that the residents are working to be able to modify this.

Location was good , apartment had all the necessary utensils for self catering .clean & tidy .
Bed was really uncomfortable . Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to stairs to flat. You have to pay for parking between 8am & 6pm . Could do with instructions left for cooker & tvs .
