Lovely apartment, convenient for both station and town

The apartment was very comfortable, with everything we needed. It's situated just a few minutes walk away from the station and within easy walking distance of town (say 15 minutes or so). We travelled by car and were able to park up the road a little way, the area is not metered. The dining area looks out onto the garden, which is nice.

The thermostat in the hall radiator was broken, we had to turn it off to stop the apartment being unbearably hot. All the other radiators worked fine.

Great stay, would def stay again!

Nice and close to train station, lovely little flat. Can't fault it.

Only small complaint would be the shower was a bit rubbish but it was fine.

Did the job nicely

Location was central in Perth. Kitchen was excellent, sitting area excellent. Shower and toilet worked well. The views from the windows added to the character of the appartment.

Parking was a bit of an issue, especailly in the evening. The double bed was comfortable, but it was a bit of wriggle getting out of it at night without waking up my partner, very close one wall. Entrance to 6B was via door marked number 6, I had not understood this, issue quickly resolved with a phone call. The heater in the lounge has damaged controls and was difficult to adjust.

Charming apartment with a lovely back yard, well equipped, very comfy bed and lounge, spotlessly clean. Quiet neighbourhood, free parking.

20 minute walk to pubs and restaurants but an EXCELLENT fish and chip shop 2 minutes away.

We arrived in Perth by train so the location was the reason for this booking, 6 minutes to train, 13 minutes to Perth centre. Short taxi ride to Scone Palace

The place was a lot smaller than the photos depict ,

The deception of the photos, the worst shower we’ve ever had you couldn’t control the heating of it. very very bad water flow , It was either boiling hot or stone cold ,toilet seat was very loose, very dated bedding, and hard towels, soap dispenser slipped into the sink when pressing to release soap , which boke , would recommend replacing with plastic one ,as there are no shelves to put anything on , would never book that place again

Lovely staff but ultimately disappointing and poor value for money

It was very clean and relatively quiet. It had full cooker, microwave and clothes washing machine. They were very helpful about dropping our bags early given our train arrival time. It was an OK location if you just wanted access to the railway station. The main living room was spacious but dining area overlooked by neighbours (as was bedroom).

The location was around the back of the station so a boring walk to the town centre or half hour bus service. The bedroom was tiny so the bed on one side was against the wall and not terribly comfortable (the linen and towels were well used). People could come straight off the street to the door of the apartment and there was no peephole- it made us feel unsafe not knowing what was happening outside the flat. Some things were not as we would expect which was disappointing, such as the loo seat not being fixed properly, the clothes airer being broken and the kitchen lacking a tin opener. Generally given the price we paid in Glasgow for something much more central and comfortable it was not good value for money. Disappointing given the much better experience we have had in Perth on a previous visit.

Clean and comfortable, convenient for the city and handy for the station

At first sight from the street there were some doubts, the apartment being in an old building with a rather scruffy grey door leading to a stone-flagged corridor. However, once in the apartment it was modern, clean and comfortable. Being at the back of the building, it was quiet and looked onto a small, well tended garden. The bed was comfortable and the lounge and kitchen well equipped for a short stay. The fish and chip company on the railway bridge was excellent.

The heater controls in the lounge were broken, apparently having had something jabbed into them and really need to be replaced. The other heaters in the apartment worked properly. The apartment was described as having "ample, free on street parking". Although there were certainly a lot of spaces, the area is one of flats, with a school nearby and the station just 5 minutes walk away, which meant that parking could better be described as "competitive". After driving around for 15 minutes I eventually parked two streets away, although I did manage to bring the car a little nearer later in the evening. However, over the 3 days I was there I was never able to park on the actual street where the apartment was. In my opinion, it would be better suited to people travelling by train.

Lovely apartment, good location, great hosts.

Really nice apartment, fully equipped, nicely decorated, with everything you may need for a short or long stay. We loved the views onto the garden/courtyard and appreciated the feel of the Victorian building. The hosts were perfect, very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The apartment is 10/12 min away from the city centre, a pleasant walk, mostly along a park (South Inch). There are some shops, take-away outlets and a pub nearby; the train station is less than 5 minutes away.

Top tip: have the shower on ECO mode to get a good temperature/water pressure; took us a while to work this out. Nothing else to report here!

Lovely comfortable property with friendly, professional hosts!

Clean, bright and modern apartment. Very easy to find and ample parking available. We had a power cut during our stay and the hosts responded extremely quickly and managed to fix the problem within about half an hour. Highly recommend the property.
