Wonderful flat in the heart of Perth

Loved it. What a beautiful flat right in the heart of Perth. We stayed for a weekend due to a family wedding. The interior is lovely, the furniture and ornaments are top quality. There was milk and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge when we arrived. Directions for the flat were spot on and the allocated parking spot was great. Friends stayed elsewhere in Perth and they had to keep moving their car. The owner replied promptly to our questions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thanks for letting us stay

Fantastic

This apartment was exceptional. Parking on site. Great sized 2 bed apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Good size well equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you would need. All furnishings were good quality. Beds comfortable. Ideally situated for Perth centre. Railway station also close by. Stayed here for 6 nights and couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Great stay for a central location in Perth.

The facilities at the apartment were some of the best we have encountered in any Airbnb we have stayed in. Great consideration from the host. Some lovely touches and we appreciated that there was milk and refreshments when we arrived. The bed was really comfortable. There was everything we needed including dishwasher and washing machine tabs, enough for the whole stay, which you don’t find in most apartments! The apartment is in a great location for getting around Perth, the surrounding area is a bit run down but I can’t blame the host for that! It has its own parking which is just outside the apartment which is a bonus. It was really quiet on an evening and you can’t hear the traffic. There is a Tesco and M&S close by for any supplies.

Centrally located gem

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a private, centrally located part of town. Tesco express was a 2 minute walk around the corner and was very well stocked. We loved our stay here! Washing machine on location washed our clothes better than ours at home, and drying racks were available in the bedroom closet.

Great apartment to stay when visiting Perth and the surrounds

Handy location, quiet street and great apartment for up to 4 people. Spotlessly clean and well furnished, a real credit to the owners. Lots of small touches like flowers, fruit and even a welcoming beverage set this place miles above the rest we’ve stayed in.

Lighting a bit dim, no big deal. Needed a few minutes to work out the heating system remote control. Need to line up driving into the laneway off the one-way Canal St very carefully, it’s a bit narrow. Gets easier though!

Clean, comfortable, fashionable apartment with all you could need. Private parking in the courtyard. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook however as the apartment is centrally located in Perth there are lots of different cuisines and restaurants and bars available close by and a Tesco Express. Perth is a very walkable city, with lots of green spaces, trees and parks. Thoughtful little extras provided by our hostess were very welcome and were the icing on the cake.

A quiet, restful temporary home-from-home to return to after our interesting days out.

This was the cleanest self catering location that I have ever stayed in, and my daughter agreed, she owns a cleaning company herself. The generosity of the hosts included tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, jams, shortbread, all personal washing and laundry supplies - and best of all a bottle of Prosecco! The location was superb - very easy to find from the motorway, two minutes walk from a Tesco store and four minutes from the shopping centre of the city. There was every piece of cooking equipment we could need and a generous supply of crockery and cutlery. The timing of the central heating was very generous and an ideal temperature.

There were no negative aspects to the apartment.

Excellent place to stay.

A comfortable pad right in the midst of the city, yet feeling removed and private. Easy resident car parking in the courtyard. Easy access around the city centre on foot. Lots of nice little touches and provisions on arrival making guests feel welcome and valued. Good wi-fi connection. Alexa also on hand. We didn't need to contact the hosts during our stay, but felt they were readily available should we have needed to. What is there not to like!

Great little flat in the centre of town

The flat was a little gem, a really central location and the off street parking was great. The flat has all the home from home comforts and all the extras really made it, including great Wi-fi. We have family in Perth so now we’ve found this little place, we will definitely be back as it was a great base for us.

Superb appartement, decorated with great taste, spotlessly clean and very well equiped with everything you might need for your stay. The appartement is also well located and allows for day trips around Perth. The hosts are extremely responsive and had the nicest of attentions.
