A warm and comfortable place to stay and central to everything.

The accommodation was lovely, very spacious, clean and comfortable with good heating throughout the rooms. We were very central and near all the cafes and restaurants. Great to have a car park allocated for our stay 😊

Just a little bit awkward having to walk around to our accommodation from where our car was parked, but the instructions were very clear and we were able to find the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay. This apartment was very safe for our two disabled children .

This was a great and very comfortable apartment and a fantastic location. The car parks space was a great addition but unfortunately with two disabled people it was quite a challenge to carry all our belongings around as well as wheelchair s . But we would most definitely return .

There was a few small details that needed attention & the small furnishings were very flimsy. Door handles needed changed as kept coming off in our hand . Behind bedroom furniture could have been cleaner. And new pillows .

Excellent location and facilities.

The location was excellent. Local eatery next door was licensed with cheap edible meals. Shops, hairdressers etc within a short walk. Enjoyed the river views from sitting room.

First thing you want to do after a long train trip and short walk from train station is to use the loo....didn't help that there was no toilet paper. We left some, so the cleaners must remove the left overs. How inconvenient.

Visit to Perth

Spacious lounge and kitchen overlooking the Church which had lovely stained glass windows and view of the Tay. Very comfortable beds,peaceful after midnight.

Damp mildew smell in main bathroom,needs better ventilation. Very high skylight window. Outside door couldn't be locked at night. Noise from the pub next door but slept well after Midnight. Needed another baking tray.

We had a fantastic time.

The location was perfect, fantastic view from the living room window. Comfortable beds, I would happily stay here again.

When I was asked who I booked through, and wrote Booking.com in the text, a large advert for them appeared under my sent text. Personally I find this insidious and will never use them again. P.S. I still loved the flat.

Lovely view from sitting room, spacious apartment in central location.

There was very little cleaning materials,mostly empty bottles. When I have stayed in other self catering apartments there has always been adequate cleaning materials provided,other than that it was a lovely apartment.

Central location, easy access to High Street and to the Park, well equipped kitchen, efficient heating system, good internet connection

1. Cleanliness should be improved, unfortunately there was a deterioration when compare with our previous stay (the shower glass by the floor edges, dust on the kitchen chairs) 2. Extremely noisy surandings, especially in the mornings, single glazed windows did not help 3. Worn out bedlinen
