The accommodation was lovely, very spacious, clean and comfortable with good heating throughout the rooms. We were very central and near all the cafes and restaurants. Great to have a car park allocated for our stay 😊
Just a little bit awkward having to walk around to our accommodation from where our car was parked, but the instructions were very clear and we were able to find the apartment.

Loved the view to St Matthew’s Church next door, and of the River Tay. Delightful to have sheepskin rugs. The whole place is full of light.
One more roll of toilet paper would’ve been nice. Early morning and late night recycling going on in the courtyard nextdoor.

This was a great and very comfortable apartment and a fantastic location.
The car parks space was a great addition but unfortunately with two disabled people it was quite a challenge to carry all our belongings around as well as wheelchair s .
But we would most definitely return .
There was a few small details that needed attention & the small furnishings were very flimsy. Door handles needed changed as kept coming off in our hand .
Behind bedroom furniture could have been cleaner.
And new pillows .

Location
On arrival , the kitchen area floor was saturated . We established the fridge was the culprit and plugged it into another socket and it worked. The reason for the fridge not working, was the isolation switch had been switched off. This isolation switch is not easy to find, as it is well hidden behind the microwave. The arched windows, had mould growing up the brick work.
The drain in the sink, of the shower room of the double bedroom was jammed closed, so could not be used. The showerhead clamp was not fit for purpose and could not hold the weight of the shower head, when in use
We used the other bathroom in the apartment, which just added to the inconvenience of it all.
Someone has to spend time, reviewing the facilities in this accommodation, not just cleaning it up, but actually check, to see if each appliance works.
I wonder if anything will change?
