The location was fantastic so central, easy to walk around. The 3 brothers restaurant down stairs was fabulous the food was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment with an exceptional location and warm hospitality.

The apartment was lovely, comfortable, very well equipped, and the location is absolutely exceptional. We also greatly appreciated the kindness and support of the restaurant staff during our visit.

As a small note, a few details regarding cleanliness could be improved — there was a damp towel left hanging behind the bathroom door, and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned or emptied. Nothing major, but we thought it might be helpful to mention.

The accommodation was absolutely more than expected. Clean, modern and comfortable. I stayed with my son and he also commented Dad we need to always book this place when in Perth. There is an Italian restaurant which I have frequently used in previous visits to Perth, the staff are great very helpful and the food is awesome always. Definitely recommended.

I came in at 12 am and the staff still had very quick responses and were very clear on the instructions of getting in.

It was very modern and clean, the whole apartment was very tidy and the staff were very kind and it also felt very like at home and i will definitely be back.

Everything was great! The property was right in the centre and easily accessible, it was clean and tidy, decorated so nicely, and had all the facilities I wanted! Cristian kept in contact with me through my stay and checking in was very straight forward. I would definitely use this property again! Thank you so much!

Very clean place, only stayed one night, the owners of the property very friendly Easy to get in and out with the key lock box I will definitely return on my next trip to Perth as is the perfect location right in the centre next to restaurants and 2 seconds walk from theatre and concert hall

Nos quedamos con ganas de disfrutarlo más tiempo por lo a gusto que se estaba

Tener aparcamiento en el centro es un lujo. El apartamento es muy acogedor, bien decorado, las camas comodas y agradables. Muy recomendable. Repetiría por lo a gusto que se está dentro.

Lo único que conviene saber es que hay que subir escaleras poco cómodas en un portal que podría estar más cuidado. Y si se va a usar el sofá como cama especificarlo para que dejen las sábanas.

Schöner Aufenthalt und so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben

Die zentrale Lage ist super. Man hat dort eine geräumige, helle Wohnung. Es ist die Wohnung ganz oben unter dem Dach - also Koffer schleppen 😜 Ein guter Pub gleich neben an.

Leider gibt es nur ein Badezimmer und Dusche (Duschraum) ist nicht getrennt von Toilette. Bei Belegung mit zwei Paaren morgens zeitlich etwas ungünstig. Bad an sich aber i.O.

Så fin lägenhet, helrenoverad och välutrustad. Trevlig ägare som var lätt att komma i kontakt med vid frågor.

Allt var fantastiskt, egentligen ingenting som vi inte tyckte om. Det var dock problem med Wifi uppkopplingen vilket var ett minus men man vill ändå inte sitta med mobilen när man är i vackra Perth.
