St John's Apartments

Apartment is gorgeous, very spacious! Kitchen was equipped with everting we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The keypad entry was ideal not needing to worry about keys however after a blonde moment I was turning the handle the wrong way initially and thought it wasn’t working, so if you’re like me just make sure you turn left not right haha! Location is perfect for plans around Perth and very reasonably priced parking a short walk away in a multi story. Will add that we felt very safe in the apartment, which as 2 women with young children is not always the case with apartment stays. Wasn’t much foot traffic along the street at night and building is very secure anyway.

Location was superb, right in the heart of everything we needed (and a 2minute walk to the restaurant we had booked). Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious and central to major tourist area and Edinburgh Castle + plenty of dining and action. Great views up top. Nice kitchen but lots more empty space.

No Electrical Outlets in Bathroom. 78 stairs from Street to Suite 8! Tiny spiral staircase with dangerously worn steps that are not level and tile downhill. Poor lighting in bathroom. Squeaky “iron bed” so makes sleeping an exercise in trying to be silent. Very noisy occupants and the cement / stone stairwell is a megaphone for sounds. High Street is NOISY @ NIGHT! No Mirrors in n main room so wife can’t blow dry hair or do makeup. No ELEVATOR IN MOST of Edinburgh. Local drinking establishments make glass recycling runs well past midnight. Mildew the shower grout.
