It was small but perfect for one night. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. Kitchen was functional although we ordered dinner from Koku Shi round the corner and it was amazing! The carpark with EV charging was great for overnight. It made a great stop off inbetween Keswick and Ullapool.
Not so much about the property but centre of Perth doesn’t have any grass for dogs for a fair bit so the “before bed” toilet trip was a bit long.

Location, facilities and the cleanliness
Too expensive and the bed mattress was terrible as you can really feel the spring tension on your back. Some very cheap mattresses for the price they charge per night. Didn’t have a good sleep.
