Proximity to the centre of Perth and good local restaurants.
A correct key code would have helped at the outset, more storage/ hooks in the second bedroom and bigger towels.

The location was perfect only a few minutes walk away from the amenities eg shops restaurants, perth museum and the art gallery.
It is a bit close to the rail lines not use to noise of the trains. Still managed to sleep though
