Perfectly located apartment

Lovely and modern feel with lots of space in the living area. We luckily picked the weekend of the Perth Xmas light switch on so there was lots of activity in the area. The apartment has lots of nice food options - we recommend Effies just across the road. The apartment was so clean and well equipped, will definitely book again if in the area.

Beautiful spacious apartment for a stopover on a long drive

Beautiful furnishings. Owner and cleaning lady were incredibly kind. Really spacious property (larger than it looks online). Quiet property. Excellent value.

There was no hot water in the bath (perhaps it turned off at a certain time?), but the shower did work. Also, the washing up liquid and bin bags had run out which was a little inconvenient. The area is great for long drive stopovers but is not a particularly nice area to hang around.

City Centre Stay

Apartment was very spacious, tastefully decorated with everything you would need for a self catering stay. It was generally very clean. A great location.

It was very warm in the apartment. Fans for the bedrooms would have been handy as location noisy at night (expected) and into the early hours with windows open for air circulation.

The apartment was very nice, modern and well equipped.

The front room was stuffy so we had to open the window. There was a lot of street noise, construction and kids yelling, which made sleeping difficult at first. Our hire car which was parked outside was damaged on the 2nd night by teenagers throwing a trolley into the back of the car. The incident was reported to police by a bystander who witnessed the whole incident. The clothes horse was broken on the bottom so we had to turn it upside down. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close.

Very enjoyable, would recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly want, large dining table & chairs. . A well stocked kitchen and very comfortable living area with TV and Wifi.

I didn't like the stairs but I am old. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect one night stay for Perth Concert - easy walking distance / great flat

Central location - easy to find. Lovely and clean / modern apartment . Everything described was exactly as we found . We will return - but we’ll get the train next time - see what happened to our car 😢

Nothing - it was all great. Sadly though as we had parked our car on the high st - when we returned to it in morning someone had scratched it all with a key all the way from front to back. Reported to police as criminal damage and follow up via nearby CCTV

Nice stay in very central apartment.

We had a nice stay at the property. It is very central, and we found it clean, quiet, spacious and warm with a very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Parking was Ok in a nearby carpark, but was a bit pricey. It is very central with a small Sainsbury's supermarket close by.

Future guests should be made aware that the apartment is on the top floor over shops, and you have to go up 4 flights of stairs, which we found hard with our cases and food bags. Also, we found the 2 settees in the sitting room very lumpy and uncomfortable. The hosts need to consider replacing these.

Two double rooms are lovely but sofas are terrible and definitely not suitable as beds, need replaced ASAP.

Lovely kitchen. Good location in town centre. Easy entry with key lock.

Both sofa’s have broken springs and need replacing, this made it an uncomfortable night sitting on them. One sofa’s mechanism to stay up was also broken and only stayed up as leaning against the wall. As a result it was also a terrible nights sleep on a broken sofa bed with broken springs. There was also not enough bed linen for six to stay in the apartment, no second duvet cover or flat sheet for second sofa bed, luckily only 4 off us were staying.

Property decorated to a high standard and very comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen.

For a newly decorated property it lacks plugs where you may want to charge devices, eg, bedside table. Minor details though!

Spacious clean apartment in area with good amenities

The location served us well, though we ended up spending more time in Dundee than Perth. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well-appointed and the bathrooms well-rehabilitated. The two couches are inexplicably hard-seated, but the TV and well-code-guarded wifi worked fine.

Somehow we did not get the email we were supposed to get with the keybox code, so I had to retrieve the keeper's phone number and phone her. She answered and all went well in that regard. The lock mechanism to the apartment door is very peculiar and it took us 10 minutes to figure out the secret double-handshake.

Brilliant very stylish modern apartment very large. Brilliant comfortable stay

I was moving into a flat just 20 seconds up the street so wanted to see how the city was. The apartment was amazing. Was nicer than any big hotel chain I have stayed in. The place was massive. Open plan looked amazing. You'd think it would seem a bit pricey but when you see the size of the apartment and how modern it is you'll understand why.

Great Location lovely and clean, good facilities within the flat providing dishwasher and washing machine and microwave. Decorated to a high standard.

There was a few things that niggled us but wouldn’t put us off from booking the accommodation again. I am making constructive criticism which may help. We are just back, the weather has been very cold over the last few days. The flat was absolutely freezing on our arrival and whilst understanding the rising costs of utilities, the fact that we were able to provide accurate times of our arrival, and taking into account the conditions, it would have been more welcoming to have the flat warm. There was no hand wash in the toilet although there was a supply of miniature shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. The other main criticism was the hot water which was on an economy timer which you had the ability to override with the boost function. This did not work for us initially as we had only put it on for 15 minutes. Both showers within the flat are electric therefore did not affect that facility. We tried to put the timer to the correct time to see if the hot water would come on but to no avail. Twenty four hours later we called the main contact and was advised to boost for longer as a large tank and she stated that the timer was probably not correct. The en-suite shower room was freezing cold and therefore we couldn’t use due to the climate and the main bathroom shower did not have a strong water flow at all, although stated a power shower. We also felt that that the two sofas were extremely uncomfortable and therefore made lounging not as pleasant as we had hoped.
