Fell short of expectations, but nevertheless adequate.
Relatively new, well equipped and everything worked. Beds comfortable.
In the middle of a dense housing scheme. Advertised as 2 bathrooms..,one bathroom only, the second is a toilet. For our group this was a major drawback. Overall description is poor. This is by no means luxury, it is a basic semi and the garden, although large, offers no privacy. Would benefit from a deep clean.

Nice modern spacious property, needs a bit of a dust as a lot of decorations.
Nicely decorated property, close to where our event was. It felt modern, spacious and well equipped.
The advert claims to have 2 bathrooms but its actually 1 bathroom and a downstairs toilet. This is extremely misleading and the description needs updating. Seems to be a fly problem. A lot of the decorations needs a good dust. No bins in any of the bathrooms or bedrooms. Not enough baking trays to cook a decent meal for 4 and no oven gloves.
