Excellent Accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and clean apartment. It had everything we needed and Michael, our host was contactable if necessary. The location was perfect and we enjoyed beautiful sunny walks in the North Inch and Kinnoull Hill.

Great stay.

Immaculately clean and very comfortable flat, couldn't have been more convenient for an event at the Concert Hall. Great communication in advance and it was easy to let ourselves in using the lockbox. Second set of keys much appreciated as was the bottled water in the fridge and the very civilised 11 am check out! Clear instructions in the flat re how to use the heaters etc. Good beds and great shower. Hope to be able to use again when next in Perth.

Excellent location for a stay in Perth. An easy walk to shops, entertainment venues, and restaurants in town.

Well located in Perth. Concert hall, Museum, Playhouse and Theatre all within easy walking distance. Close to the city centre.

Parking at the back of the property is down a narrow alley that leads to a small car park. It’s ok, but it is tight, and once you get into the car park you will have to do a few manoeuvres to get in place.

Perfect, from start to finish.

Loved everything about it. The flat was modern, comfortable and clean throughout. The location was perfect and the extras that were left, were very much appreciated. All information with regards to the facilities within the flat, was perfect. Cannot fault a thing.

Great find

Absolutely amazing location, the host was so accommodating and helpful to our needs. The flat was spacious and clean. Few minutes walk away from the best views.

Quite a few concrete steps up to flat so had to be really cautious of my little one who is a bit of a runner. But honestly nothing really not to dislike about this flat. The drive down the teenie lane is definitely a squeeze but I have a large vehicle and managed it.

We had an amazing stay

This property is very clean and newly refurbished. We had a lovely stay and it was fully equipped as your own home. Great location and each access to everything such as supermarkets, leisure, parks, entertainment etc. the host is very friendly and nice person. We had a very nice stay and can’t recommend enough this place. Everything was so good. Thank you!

The apartment was so nice!! It was great to have 2 separate bedrooms since we were traveling with my adult son. Everything in the apartment was clean and modern. Great location right near a shopping area and the Perth museum

Lovely flat in central Perth location

Clean and modern flat. I made a request to have the sofa bed made up for arrival and this was done. Very friendly and helpful! They were open about renovation work ongoing at the property but it did not impact our stay at all. Also gave some ideas for places to go for dinner! Would highly recommend this host and flat!

Great location, very modern, very clean and tidy. Ideal for two couples. Lots of room.

Location was great - just off High Street. Had a lovely Italian restaurant directly opposite called Brothers. Property is just like the photos. Modern, clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen.

Scaffolding outside and ongoing work as you go into the building but it did not deter from the enjoyment. And it was fully disclosed as part of the booking process.

Good location.

Location right on the High Street was excellent and we liked Perth. Size of the apartment was good. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to queries. The parking, although tricky is do-able in an average car and was very easy to find from the directions. There was one other car parked there for part of the time we were there so it took a bit of shuffling to get out but again, it was just a minor difficulty counteracted by having parking in the centre of Perth. (We were not sure if there is supposed to be 3 spaces but it wouldn't be feasible if there was)

The kitchen area was poorly equipped with nothing like a casserole or roasting dish, some mismatched crockery, chipped plates and cupboards full of other 'stuff'. This could easily be dealt with and would improve the apartment. The apartment was clean but far from spotless in the kitchen e.g. in the drawers and cupboards (though I admit that my standards are over high due to being coeliac) The stairwell is being worked on and though this was mentioned and beyond the owners control, it is a pity the degree was not explained more clearly as it wasn't really a problem, just a bit of a shock. I would recommend something is done by the downstairs entrance door as it is one slab in a large space and I did fall off there. Filling the gaps round the slab would help. I was just glad we didn't have to go up the next set of stairs!

Very central, but quiet, location. There was shampoo etc in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean.
