Handy location, responsive hosts and nice spacious bedrooms.

Good property, responsive hosts, large bedrooms with good hanging space. Good shower.

The host could have put the heating on before our notified 5pm arrival as heating took a while and there was an issue with low pressure. They quickly resolved the issue but it is a nice touch in winter to walk into a warm flat. The street lights flow into the main bed room, a larger blind would resolve this.

Stayed only one night and it was alright.

1. Beds were small for two adults 2. No paper towels in the kitchen 3. Bathroom handle and lock don't work very well.

Very recommendable property to stay if you are planning to visit other places.

The communication with Lee was super easy. We had all the information with plenty of time in advance. Lee responded promptly. Lee was very helpful in facilitating the recovery of a left-behind item. I appreciate it very much. The property is very close to many supermarkets, and it's in a family-friendly area. Very easy to travel around.

The wifi didn't work very well. But not a huge issue

Nice apartment 20 mins walk from the centre of town

Good sized property 20 mins walk from the centre of Perth. Nicely furnished and clean. Easy check in and check out process. Comfortable beds and excellent shower. Made a really good choice in picking to stay here.

Everything really good. A wee reminder that there is no parking at property it's just find a random place to park in housing area across the street and along a bit. 2 bedrooms at front are on a very busy road noise wise so bring your earplugs!

We had a lovely stay not far from the centre either

The property was lovely and clean and very spacious

The only thing we weren’t sure about was just the blinds in the bedrooms when day broke the rooms were too light we like dark rooms which is just our preference and possibly blinds in the sitting room

Bathroom window wouldn't lock and found a big ball of hair between the sofa cushions and the blinds in the bedroom don't give you enough privacy,curtains would be a better idea.

Es war okay, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir uns definitiv was anderes suchen

Für vier Leute viel Platz, Preis war ok dafür

Etwas lieblos alles in allem: Sitzecke sehr eng und wackelig, kein Licht dort, im Bad kaum Möglichkeiten, etwas abzustellen, nasse Handtücher der Vormieter hingen im Schrank, offene Milch und Saft der vorherigen Gäste standen noch im Kühlschrank, WLAN-Code war für uns nicht zu entziffern. Kein guter erster Eindruck leider. Auf Rückfrage dazu über zwei Stunden keine Antwort erhalten, dann Vermieter angerufen, der zwar nett die Fragen beantwortet hat (Putzfrau hat einiges vergessen, WLAN-Code unterm Router), dem das Ganze aber eher egal schien. Am Abreisetag kam nach (!) unserem Check-out die Anweisung, wo wir bei unserer Abreise morgen (!?) die Schlüssel deponieren sollen... Auf unserer Reise durch Schottland die bisher größte Enttäuschung hinsichtlich Gastfreundlichkeit. Wasser schmeckte übrigens nach Chlor und WLAN musste ständig neu gestartet werden, weil es nicht funktionierte..

Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, der Check-In und Check-out hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Betten waren super bequem. Matratze, Kissen und Decke alles top. Parkmöglichkeiten wie beschrieben. Haben schöne fünf Tage in Schottland erlebt.

In den zwei Schlafräumen zur Straße hin, spürt man morgens den Verkehr. Der Essbereich könnte für vier oder mehr Personen etwas größer und bequemer sein.
