Lovely hot tub and apartment as a whole

The neighbours upstairs were very loud throughout the night and following morning, you could hear every footstep so we didn’t sleep well

Short stay in Perth

Large, very clean,very light apartment, kitchen and lounge areas good size. Bedrooms both spacious and beds comfortable, showers both very good, hot tub ready to use was an added bonus which was very much enjoyed. Parking available in adjoining street and check in/ out simple with good commnication from owner, handy location. Overall a good enjoyable stay.

Only 2 ceral bowls in kitchen, small addition of some milk in fridge and tea/coffee would be welcome, need bath mats for shower rooms as tiles slippy when wet also a couple of extra towels for use with hot tub would be good. Furniture in lounge is hard/uncomfortable. Parking may be an issue if arriving in evening or have a lot of luggage.

Nice apartment but had some issues

Nice apartment not far from centre only about 10-15min walk. Spacious, nicely equipped. Good wifi.

When we arrived hot water and heating were not working and we had to call the owner to helps us solve the situation. Freezer was not possible to use as is all frozen. Jacuzzi was bit dirty with some sand particles as well as one of the pillows had some red spot on it. Request about recycling would be fulfilled if bins were inside the house as i cant imagine that every time i wanna theow something i have to go out and with glass recycling i would appriciate if guests could leave the glass in house not having to go to nearest recyclatiom point (10 min walk).

Only thing to raise is it would be nice to have a garden table as it was lovely weather but when sitting out had no where to put our drinks. Also would be nice to eat outside in nice weather.

Lovely flat, great hot tub

Hot tub was amazing... The children really enjoyed it. Host was incredibly accommodating and understanding when we had car problems.

Would have preferred a few more utensils in the kitchen as we did a few family meals in the property.. would have benefitted with scissors and a bread knife

The location and the hot tub, also the apartment was very clean and the facilities where excellent.

The bathroom floor was slippy with it being a walk in shower room type. The lounge furniture requires updating as it was not comfortable

Would definitely stay here again

Well located for Perth and Scone Palace, lovely flat with nice green garden, hot tub, and well equipped.

Nothing bad about the property - just that someone was banging on the door at 3am although the neighborhood was quiet. They went away after a while.

The properly was just overall fantastic. Very comfortable beds, lots of storage. Lovely decor. Hot tub was absolutely loved by all the family!

Fairly central location which was easy to find.

The directions for finding the key box were too vague. The key box was low down under a hedge and took myself and my friends a couple of minutes to find in the dark and the rain was very heavy at the time.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, good location

Some dangerous issues arose! 1) plug on the iron was faulty and a huge risk of electrocution, particularly as the plugs did not have on/off switches 2) the oven door is broken and not properly insulated which resulted in a painful burn to a member of our party from outside the oven 3) fridge freezer was dirty 4) bedding contained hairs definitely not from us

Really nice atmosphere in the place and beds were very comfortable.

Location was great - 15 mins walk to the high street and 5 mins walk to the retail park. Nicely decorated and well presented property. We loved the hot tub and seating area in the garden. Very quiet property too.

Lovely comfortable spacious property but with parking issues

The property was very spacious, nicely decorated throughout and had everything we needed. It was clean with very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and the hot tub was a really nice touch.

The listing stated that there was private parking for 2 cars which is why we booked this property. When we arrived, there was no private parking, just restrictive street parking which was a bit of an issue.

Gorgeous, Comfortable and Relaxing!

Gorgeous place, well furnished and we had a lovely stay, especially enjoyed the hot tub! Shame the weather wasn’t so great as we were really looking forward to using the garden space more but the weather didn’t stop us from using the hot tub. We had everything we needed and it was a nice touch having sky and Netflix on the TV as we ended our night relaxing in the living-room.

There wasn’t really any parking spaces near by (only because there were loads of cars, it was a bit tricky to find a spot) but luckily we were leaving before 8 in the morning so we were able to park on the road outside after 6pm.
