The location is right in the centre. One of the best streets in Perth. The flat was modern and clean. It has very good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The landlord was very helpful.

Centrally located in Perth to all of the shops and restaurants. Easy access to the train for transportation to Edinburgh and the airport. It was clean with all of the amenities one would want when traveling.

The property was in a convenient location and generally well-presented. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and the check-in process was straightforward.
The single bed was uncomfortable and resulted in back pain during my stay. The single bedroom seemed dusty, which triggered asthma symptoms — suggesting that cleaning could be more thorough, especially for guests with allergies. The handling of a minor tea spill on the hob felt disproportionate, with an immediate demand for a high replacement cost £350 rather than offering a reasonable professional cleaning option.
