Clean apartment in Perth

Living room on the second floor is very cosy. Clean environment.

Bedrooms are tiny, each of them contained a double bed, flushed against the wall. Can be squeezy for two adults on the same bed. Street parking is free from 6pm to 8am from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays. Payable on other times.

Great wee house, ideal for a short stay

We stayed one night as we were attending a 2 day conference in Perth. The location was ideal as it was only a few minutes walk to the Concert Hall. The accommodation was ideal for our needs, beds were very comfortable, the house had everything we needed. We didn't need to contact the hosts, mainly because the information provided in the lead up to our stay was very clear.

Biggest hassle to be honest was the parking charges in the road and nearby (we acknowledge this had nothing to do with the accommodation). We overcame this by using the Just Park app and managed to park for the 2 days at Morrison's supermarket for £9, again this was a 10 minute walk away, so suited us perfectly.

Excellent property, will definitely be back

Excellent property located 5 minutes from the city centre. Lovely 2 bed house with all you need for a comfortable stay.

Didn't like the parking situation. It costs £1.80 per hour to a max of 4 hours, no return within the hour. The parking would not put me off staying here again.

Apart from the parking it was exactly what we needed.

Cute and comfortable.

The parking was only free between 6pm and 8am which is not the entire time we were there. We were unable to use the app to pay for parking as we had OS numbers and we had no cash. We would have organised to have some cash with us if we’d have known. Perhaps put that in the info on the property. Also just one small note - the drain in the shower needs to be cleaned out as it isn’t draining properly.

Attractive house in pleasant area. Nice design touches. It felt private and secure.

There were no spoons!! No teaspoons, no dessert spoons. There was no paper kitchen roll. There was no bath mat. Those are basic necessities.

Well located and clean but disappointing in size of rooms downstairs and information given.

It’s cleanliness and location

Misleading - we needed to wash our clothes being on a long trip away and there was no dryer or clothes rack which was not made clear on line. The other problem was the size of the bedrooms and the double beds - they were more like large singles so we slept in separate beds. The bathroom was very nice and new however small without any hand wash. There were no instructions regarding the house and equipment at all only places to eat.

Ambiance cosy avec cuisine - salle à manger à l’étage bien décoré avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Facilité de se garer dans la rue. Proche du centre et d’un grand magasin pour faire les courses. Nous avons dormi coté rue et c’était très calme.
