Great location, friendly hosts and perfect garden running onto the river.
The wonderful outside sitting area - a real suntrap and a beautiful view of the Tay. Beautiful gardens running down to the river. Private parking next to the Lodge. Comfortable interior and lovely bedrooms. The owner Gordon was friendly and helpful as was Wendy his daughter who manages the accommodation. Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved it.
location, location, location.
minor points. 2nd double bedroom is a tad tight for space and access to bed. There is a bit of traffic noise being close to a busy road. Didn't bother us though. More than made up by the location ( gardens ) and access to the banks of the river Tay.
