The flat was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The photos show three beds in the flat but on arrival there were only two, one double in each room. There was three of us staying. In the room with the ensuite the bed is next to the window which has a very bad draft. The blinds moved a lot as it was windy and I had to cover my face with a sheet to stop the draft. My friend and I were sharing and unfortunately I chose the drafty side.

Would have liked a few more dishes. A little concerned about the large crack across the hob. The timer for the lighting in the stairwell was inadequate for winter, particularly in the morning.

Comfortable stay in Perth

This apartment is very well located being only a short walk away from Perth High Street shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped and nice and warm and cosy. Check in was very straightforward and communication from the hosts was very good. We would happily stay in this apartment again if we return to Perth.

Love this apartment

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely big kitchen with a dining table. I went with my partner but we could have took the kids as it has 2 rooms. Its a hop skip and jump to the high street and there is a fantastic pub next door. This was our second visit to this apartment and will be going back.

No complaints from us. It is up a small flight of stairs so might not be suitable for everyone but for us it's perfect.

Two night weekend stay for a family getaway

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and checking was easy. The location was very convenient, located in the center of Perth with restaurants at your doorstep.

The property is above a restaurant/bar which had a private event one night during our stay. The music was so loud we couldn’t get to sleep. They quieted down after midnight, but it was a bit annoying. Our second night (a Saturday) was a regular day of business and we didn’t notice any noise, so the first night may have been a fluke.

Disappointing

Good sized lounge and 2 bathrooms was great. Easy to access the flat from the instructions received and flat was very clean.

the flat was as described but the pictures on the website showed a double room and a twin. However when we arrived we found both rooms made up as doubles which wasn't great for our party. We hadn't been contacted to see how we would like the beds configured and expected the layout to be as described on the website. We contacted the host to see if we could get bedding to change one bed from a double to a single - as both beds were two singles pushed together. We received no reply to the voicemail left and received no single bedding from the host. Very disappointing. Also the window in the kitchen wouldn't close completely which made this room very cold.

Pigeons outside giving an early wake up call! Beds a bit soft, but that’s a personal taste. Front door hard to close (not major just needs a bit of maintenance). Parking would have been handy, but with a car park up the road it wasn’t a big issue.

El acceso al apartamento: la puerta a la calle está constantemente abierta 24h,no tiene cerradura,poco seguro. El apartamento le falta limpieza(los calefactores, muchos detalles del apartamento, textiles de los sillones, cabeceros de las camas...).Las duchas de los 2 baños no drena bien el agua.El sofá no es cómodo, te hundes. Las puertas de los muebles de la cocina se caen.
