Large City Centre Apartment

Beautiful property, absolutely huge. All was really nicely presented. Great to have a proper kitchen and had all we needed in it. Within easy walking distance of visitor attractions. Nearby carpark very reasonable but just keep an eye on the payment window so you don’t get caught out.

We had an issue with the blind and are in discussions regarding this. We weren’t sure who we were contacting when we had a query. Bear in mind this is an old property and on the first floor so there are stairs, although they are easy to walk up.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr groß. Die Lage ist gut - Man kann Perth sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, aber müssen von 8 - 18 Uhr bezahlt werden (ein Parkhaus (10 Std. - 6,40 Pfund) ist nicht weit weg).

Purtroppo non abbiamo incontrato nessuno. È stato un self check-in e check-out. Per fortuna non abbiamo avuto problemi a prelevare la chiave. L'appartamento non era molto pulito. Molta polvere soprattutto. In generale comunque accettabile.

We enjoyed the central location and spaciousness of the flat.

We requested additional bedding on the first morning as we understood there were to be 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, but there was a double instead. this was inconvenient for us having to share a bed. So my sister slept on the couch and needed bedding that was not forthcoming. All the owner had to do was give us the lock code to get access to the sheets in a locked cupboard, or had we known he was downstairs in the restaurant we would have gone down and asked in person. I see from reviews 2 years back that others had the same complaint. Its about time the photos were changed on your website to match what you actually get. Another issue for us was the very slippery shower. It would make perfect sense to put down rubber mats as the shower floor surface was pure gloss and extremely dangerous, in both showers. We used hand towels but this does need to be addressed before an accident happens. Another rather odd thing in the 2nd bedroom was the wardrobe. The mirror doors just didnt open wide enough to open the 4 draws, so all rather pointless. It is a lovely sized wardrobe and only useful for hanging. Looking back at the reviews, this too had been mentioned in the past.
