The location was perfect for traveling around Perth. Comftable living room. Being a flat it had quiet neighbours. Had no complaints. well equipped kitchen.

The appartment itself was very nice and clean and comfortable with all the essentials needed.
The entrance and steps to the appartment is poor with bare concrete and sometimes slippy steps with graffiti on the walls, that stopped me from giving the property a full good rating.

The flat was well laid out and had everything we needed. Two large comfortable couches. The museum was a block away. Shopping nearby
The flat was wonderful. The entrance was sketchy and I had my doubts first approaching. Well worth it. Very safe neighborhood
