Roserin Coorie, Perth - just a few minutes walk from the city centre!

Wonderful location across the river from City Centre. Really appreciated the filtered water dispenser with hot & cold water - never used our tea kettle for coffee. Nice to have washer and separate dryer. Plenty of storage. We appreciated the host recommendations for places to see and the local event that was occurring during our stay.

During the summer months when sun sets much later in the day, it would be helpful to have blackout curtains. There was still light coming into the flat after 11:00 PM. We managed to find ways to alleviate this (sleep mask).

Very clean and great location for town centre.

The council car park across the road. It’s £6.40 for a maximum stay of 4 hours. If you go into town centre,only 7 minute walk then you can park for 24 hours for £9.50.

Everything about this place was excellent. It’s super modern, has every you’ll need for a perfect stay. The bed and linens were of high quality and comfortable, there is plenty of room and a great closet for your stuff. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and has everything you’ll need. The bathroom has a great shower and towel warmer and lots of space for your toiletries. The towels are large and fluffy. It is exactly as the photos show. The location is great, quiet and just over the bridge is Perth town center. Loved it and would stay here again.
