The apartment is lovely and modern, very clean and comfortable. Close to the centre of Perth, there is plenty of on street parking available.
Access to the aprtment is down a rundown dark alleyway and then up uneven spiral staircases, not great when you need a walking stick, very hard to negoiate with luggage. My 18 yr daughter felt unsafe by herself in the building. The bathroom has been updated but there is a lingering smell of stale smoke if the door is shut for a period of time.

A bistro table and couple of chairs would be good for somewhere to sit and eat. The outside common parts are a bit intimidating.

Great location and lovely place! Really comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days visit. Parking free 6pm-8am with plenty of spaces outside and local car parks if needed all close by.
The bathroom stunk of cigarettes. As soon as you walked between the front room and bedroom the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Not nice at all for someone who doesn't smoke. Ah well.
