Enjoyed out stay, unit well presented, clean well kitted out for travellers, washer/dryer available.

Unit was very well presented. Easy to find the location. Within walking distance to main city centre for shopping and restaurants. Bed comfortable and the pull out for third person comfortable.

Parking: hard to find location to park and required to use the parking meters Area near entrance with rubbish bins could be better presented, but not a major issue.

Gloomy. Overpriced, at least for solo customers.

Closeness to Perth city center. The apartment comes with a washing machine/dryer combo which is nice for long stays. The TV, although mounted a ridiculous distance from the couch, worked and had lots of channels. WIFI was excellent. Kitchen gear was adequate for longer stays.

Where the apartment is situated makes it really dark and gloomy if you spend any time as a long stay in it. Note: Perth saw full sun the whole time I was there. The bedroom and living room windows face other apartment windows a few feet away - so little privacy with the curtains open. The "double bed" is two singles strapped together with a depression down the center. Generally the furniture was pretty beat for the price. The plastic "wardrobe" was embarrassing. A couple of nights, the folks upstairs ran what sounded like a washing machine in the middle of the night and it is situated, by the sound of it, right above the bedroom. In fairness the neighbors were quiet overall. I'm not usually this critical, but this apartment was quite overpriced for what you get, in my opinion, especially for a single person. For a group there for a short time, perhaps ok.
