Loved the property. Clean and comfortable. Loved having breakfast in the sun on the balcony.

Nothing. It was all good

It was very central with excellent access to the centre of Perth. Everything was within walking distance, the station, bus services, Perth museum (which is excellent) and shops cafes and restaurants etc. It was extremely quiet and the terrace at the back was just gorgeous. It was extremely clean.

We had a very negative first impression because of muddled directions which apparently were for two different apartments. Some repairs are needed.. The icebox door was broken, there were insufficient water glasses and there was heat damage in the kitchen.

This house has everything that you'd need for a short stay. Nice tidy space. Comfy bed. Iron and board, hover ect all provided. Nice hot shower too. Love the use of the patio over looking the graveyard and its old full trees. Massive bonus that.

The decking needs a power wash, its pretty slippery. The decor/paint needs touched up, there is some damage to the property, the bathroom door swollen at the bottom, the hood over the cooker top is half melted. On Friday i Text (as instructed on here) the number provided on here, to request late check out on the Sunday, from 10am to 12 noon. Still not had a reply today (monday). It was a hot weekend so I had the back windows and door open (fab that thats an option) but had to close them due the i assume (the neighbours) smoking herb on their patio,smell filled the lower level of this house. There is a bar across the road, if your a light sleeper, take some headphones for the weekend. Didn't bother me but it could others.

Having the facilities to self cater

Shower far too small, TV didn't work although owner did try, the area was pretty run down and noisy at night. The entrance stairs were very industrial and not welcoming.
