Nice apartment for a couple

The apartment was in a good location in Perth. Nice little apartment for two people. Loved the little balcony, unfortunately, it was far too cold for us to use. I would definitely use this apartment again in the Spring/Summer though.

When we arrived there was quite a strong curry smell in the kitchen/living room area. It was really cold weather the weekend we were there so we had to move the large sofa in the living room as it was blocking any heat from the radiator as the sofa was placed directly in front of it

This was perfect for our stay - clean, comfortable, great location and in a historic building! Loved the historic photos of the building .

It felt very worn down, the seating was uncomfortable, the entrance was very stark and unwelcoming, there was a lot of chipped paint, the balcony overlooks a graveyard, the shower is minuscule, the mirror in the bathroom is not over the sink

A car park would have made this perfect, but we know that before booking. Secure. low cost car park 50m away so no problem.

Princes Street Apartment

I especially love the private terrace overlooking Greyfriars Burial Grounds. Greyfriars is very historically interesting if you're fascinated by old graveyards (which I am!). Perfect location for enjoying a glass of wine and the fresh air in the evenings. The new bed was very comfortable.

Enjoyed Perth and surrounding areas, lots to do.

Location - 5 to 10 minutes walk to heaps of restaurants and food outlets. Approx. 10 minute walk to train station. Very clean, tidy and quiet, liked having access to washing machine although it was in a very awkward little room at top of stairs.

There were 2 things - access to bedroom, bathroom and toilet was up very steep narrow stairs. We decided to leave suitcases on lounge floor rather than attempt to carry them upstairs as we thought this was too dangerous. Access to apartment from street was also via stairs. Would not recommend this property for people who may experience difficulty walking up and down steep stairs. Bed was very uncomfortable - owners should consider investing in a new mattress and base.

Shower far too small, TV didn't work although owner did try, the area was pretty run down and noisy at night. The entrance stairs were very industrial and not welcoming.

Well equipped, nice little apartment very central for Perth. Very friendly, responsive and helpful host, especially when the boiler went off temporarily.

The area is a bit down at heel around the flat but fine. You have to keep an eye on paid parking but can update using the Ringo App from the apartment.

Outstanding Stay In The Fair City

Stunning apartment in a historic building. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with good facilities. Very central location. A short walk from the train station. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. I enjoyed walks by the riverside and in the nearby South Inch Park. The outstanding feature for me was the roof terrace overlooking the ancient Greyfriars Burial Ground. I looked forward to enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace at night. It was a memorable experience. I will definitely book again. I can highly recommend this apartment!

The Princes Street Apartment was well furnished and had homely feel. Is located in a quiet part of the city near River Tay and the city centre. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect. Flat was spotless clean. Owners where great and at the end of a phone as soon as you needed them.

Only thing was the couches in the livingroom where very uncomfortable,not ideal when your away to get the feet up an chill.

The location was perfect and outside terrace perfect even though we didn't get the chance to use it because of the weather. Good size rooms. Modern and bright open plan kitchen/living room.

The shower head too big for the size of shower even though there was a hand held part but not ideal with the shower being small. Most apartments we stay at now have a pint of milk in fridge but wasn't a problem popping to shop in morning for one.

Perfect alternative to a standard hotel room.

Very quiet apartment but not far from centre of town, Lovely to have a balcony overlooking an old cemetery so no noisy neighbours but we were privileged to spot a squirrel! Close to river and large green park area. The flat has been modernised and updated tastefully and is perfect for a couple looking for a bit more than a standard hotel room but at a reasonable price. We didn't use the perfect;y adequate cooking facilities but appreciated the fridge. The bathroom was bright and had an excellent shower. The whole apartment was immaculate and prefectly clean. Communications very good.

Only the obvious - the flat is upstairs so not suitable for anyone with disability.
