We were here June 2025. The location is right in town next to the concert hall, Perth Theater, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shops within easy walking distance. While there, we attended a concert and went to the museum. We also drove across the river to the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Within the apartment we were happy to be able to do our laundry with a washer, dryer, and drying rack. We cooked breakfast each morning in the well equipped kitchen with groceries purchased within easy walking distance. We loved the quirkiness of this apartment. We appreciated the how-to videos on using the amenities and needed them. Thank you for including those.Somethings to consider include the spiral staircase of 75 steps and parking. We are very fit people in our late 50s and early 60s. The stairs would be difficult for those who are more limited. The parking was frustrating as we were not able to access the app to pay by card therefore we had to pay in coins (not just cash). Getting coins was not easy. Overall we loved our stay and recommend this fun apartment but people need to be aware of the 75 steps.

I found the apartment perfect in every way. Very modern upgrades in all rooms, with attention to the smallest detail. Cozy heating available. Everything very clean. Could definitely make this a base for day trips Close to buses and I walked from the train station when I arrived. Plenty of small, privately owned coffee shops, small cafes, and restaurants available nearby.
I couldn't work out how to turn on the towel heater in the bathroom, but that is a minor concern. The only thing I found as a surprise when I first entered was the spiral staircase leading to the top floor. Thankfully, I am fit and only had a carry on sized suitcase, but it was rather daunting to ascend and descend with a suitcase. Might be good to mention this in your advertising. Although I extended an invitation to all my relatives and friends to come and see the apartment, they all declined after I told them about the stairs. I know you can't change this, and it adds character. I have traveled enough to go with the flow, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Thank you!
