A great stay, and I suspect one of the better options in Perth. A couple of small changes would put me close to rating

Very clean and fresh . Nicely furnished. Location was good. albeit at first we wondered about this. Don’t get put off by the street entrance as it doesn’t reflect the apartment.

Bed could be bigger and mattress was a bit firm for us. Pillows also too high and hard A selection of pillows would be a really good improvement as obviously being new the owners will unlikely want to change the bed ! No decent cafes handy so a Nespresso or similar would be really good.

This is a beautiful 1bedroom apartment, It was absolutely spotless, very welcoming and everything there that could possibly want. It is in walking distance to the city centre where there is so much to do.

Das Appartment ist klein aber fein. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Parkplatz ist in der Straße vor dem Haus immer vorhanden.

El confort y la ubicación del apartamento. Además, fue bastante fácil aparcar fuera en la calle.

Me hubiera gustado tener más menaje en la cocina y otra toalla de mano y trapo de cocina, ya que estuvimos en el apartamento una semana y solamente tuvimos uno de cada. En adición, habrían sido útiles instrucciones prácticas, como donde depositar la basura y como funcionan los aparatos eléctricos.
