Excellently appointed with facilities. A real effort had been made to make the apartment pleasant and comfortable. The landlord contacted us in advance to give us information about the key etc and made us feel that he was available at the end of the phone should we need him.

Perhaps just let people know in your advertising that towels and tea towels are available.

Good price with the free parking. Cleaner than some places I have stayed in.

The location was easy walk to city centre and free parking. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The host was very helpful answering any questions. It's in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, quite close for the park and a short walk to bus stop. There is a local pub at the end of the street and large supermarket not far away.

Access to the property, there is a stone staircase leading to first floor with 18 steps, a bit difficult for taking luggage up and down. The bedroom faces the street and would benefit from blinds. We found the bed a bit small and only 2 pillows. Could do with a proper wardrobe for hanging clothes. Something in the shower cubicle for putting shower gel on when using.

4’6” double bed is too small for us when we’re used to a much bigger bed.

Lovely presentable apartment to relax in.

Very presentable property. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were very good. Lovely bathroom. Good size bedroom. Quiet street. On street parking quite busy but fortunate to get a space. Close to train station. We were attending a wedding so didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the property.

Not right in the centre of town but with a car it’s not a problem.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate, with fantastic facilities & an amazing location. We could walk into & back from Perth. The hosts are fabulous and so helpful. We will definitely book again as we loved every second. Thank you.

A great alternative to staying in a hotel when visiting Perth

A well appointed and modern apartment. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and living area was spacious and well presented. It was great having a washing machine and the heating was excellent. We found hotels in Perth to be generally quite expensive and this apartment was a great alternative.

Car parking was on the surrounding streets and although free, it was difficult at times to get a park near the apartment, especially if you had a bigger car (which we did). Also, the bathroom fan was noisy and on a long timer, so we found ourselves using cell phone torch at night when using the bathroom to avoid the noise.

Great spot for exploring Perth

Host has everything needed for a short stay and is very responsive to guests. Rooms surprisingly quiet. Location excellent for walking into town center. Highly recommend the Perth Museum.

Parking can be challenging at times, but still managable. The bed can be snug for two, but was very comfortable.

The flat was one of the nicest we’ve ever rented. Well equipped and well priced, clean and comfortable. Bartek, our host, was one of the finest we’ve ever encountered. He communicated in a timely manner, was helpful, kind, and caring. We would seek out this flat when returning to Perth.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Excellently located, a short walk from the staton and in a very quiet location. Wifi was great and the flat was equipped with everything you might need. It even had a great shower.

The lock was a bit temperamental but I got the hang of it.

Immaculate apartment!

The apartment was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with high quality appliances and cookware. The living area was cozy and inviting, the bedroom was a haven of peace and tranquility, with a plush bed and soft linens that provided a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped. The area was amazing, very close to the city centre but in a safe, quiet location, with free parking on the street! The host was very very friendly and answered questions rapidly. If anyone if looking for a place in Perth I would be happy to recommend it! It was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Much better than any hotel!! Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Parkplätze gab es kostenlos auf der Straße. Backofen war vorhanden und allgemein war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Netflix war vorhanden und nutzbar.

Couch war etwas durchgelegen und deswegen unbequem. Die Dusche war sehr klein / eng.

una casina da sogno nella realtà di un quartiere non turistico

Struttura nuova ed impeccabile in tutti i dettagli, fornita di ogni arredo di cucina (utensili, microonde, tostapane, frigo e freezer, posate, pentole, strofinaccio, carta casa, sale, spezie, caffè etcc.) Molto pulita anche perchè assente la moquette, una rarità in UK!. Sembra di entrare nella vita quotidiana degli abitanti della città perchè il contesto, non degradato e che da tranquillità, è un condominio popolare dove la gente stende nel cortile comune interno e siede sulle ringhiere di accesso agli appartamenti.

La distanza dal centro storico è difficilmente percorribile a piedi ma da possibilità di parcheggio senza costi aggiuntivi, mentre nel centro storico i prezzi per il parcheggio si fanno sentire. Non aver conosciuto l'ospitante per fargli i complimenti per come ha ristrutturato l'appartamento e per come l'ha arredato con cura in ogni dettaglio.
