Very friendly and helpful staff, evening meal where Very nice, clean and tidy room and bathroom, breakfast was excellent 👌

Staff were very polite, genuine, helpful and down to earth.couldnt do enough. Food was excellent,well cooked and fresh.

The location is right on Windemere and was 20 mins walking distance from our destination. The free parking was a fantastic bonus as well. The rooms were massive and the were impeccably clean and tidy.

We returned from the wedding at almost 2am. The windows do not open wide for safety reason. So when we returned the rooms were absolutely roasting and almost impossible to sleep in. If we had fans it would've have made the sleep more durable. If the windows could open wider and have fans then would've been a perfect stay. A friend staying in another room also had a boiling hot temperature and struggled to sleep comfortably.

Location was fantastic, just a 24min walk into Windermere, we chose this venue as was close to a wedding venue we were attending. The room was a good size.

Cleanliness was not great, cobwebs allover the room including between the wall and bed side table. Dirty marks on the bathroom door near the handle, looked like blood. Bathroom itself had black mould on the walls and the ceiling, which isn't healthy. Kettle top was dirty and dusty. Bed and pillows were rather hard which hindered my sleep. The room was on a weird slant, from the bottom of the bed to the bathroom the room slanted upwards, which meant the wardrobe and dressing table were wonky, which I thought was weird. For what we paid i was very disappointed, I would have expected more or at least higher cleaning standards.
