Nothing! Perfect. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Ambleside with our dogs

Great location, central to Ambleside. Great facilities. Everything communicated easily through emails. Really good.
Mattress a little bit too firm but nothing bad.

Check in is really easy and the location is great, right in the centre of Ambleside. The car parks are a short walk away and the parking permit means you don’t have to pay. The room was great too. Comfy bed, spacious enough, tea and coffee in the room. It’s a really nice hotel.
The room was a bit cold and we couldn’t get the heating to work

Location and the parking permit
Wasn’t the room I thought we had booked, very noisy at night and too warm in the room. Shower was blocked when we arrived so had to get someone to come fix it. No fridge in the room and limited space to put belongings or get ready for the day. Another buildings window looks in on the shower, basic facilities.
