Location, size of room, towels
Parking very tight and lots of manoeuvring to get in and out safely without damaging car, check out time too early.

Excellent location, room was larger than expected and staff were very helpful.
Only issue was that the shower didn't drain very well.

It was very conveniently located, close to town centre, bus stops, cafes & restaurants. Clean, comfortable and cosy rooms (9/10), with lovely breakfast (10/10)
My room (no. 24)was facing the street, which had a good vehicle traffic all through the day, and people noisily walking past. The windows aren't soundproof and was a nuisance.
