Very clean, great breakfast, lovely helpful staff.
Only mini gripe was location of our family room behind reception and near to breakfast. If you like a lie in then you may be disturbed by those having breakfast.

It was very conveniently located, close to town centre, bus stops, cafes & restaurants. Clean, comfortable and cosy rooms (9/10), with lovely breakfast (10/10)
My room (no. 24)was facing the street, which had a good vehicle traffic all through the day, and people noisily walking past. The windows aren't soundproof and was a nuisance.
