The accommodation was lovely and clean, but would not recommend Sykes as a booking agent!
Sykes were informed of my husband's family emergency and early departure by email, but never replied. I went on their chat site, but again no reply. I had to call from abroad and was told that this was the first time they had heard of the issue, and it's a busy time of year!
, so very little empathy or compensation, although they could probably have relet the apartment.

There was noise from the bar across the road it didn’t bother us but can see it might bother some people

Very clean. Nice towels. Well equipped. Great location for bus, pubs etc
Uncomfortable beds.
Very noisy neighbours from The Lilly, stretching into the early hours of Saturday and Sunday morning (3am!!)
