Another excellent stay thank you

3 time staying at Rolton House and it still ticks all the boxes. Parking,location and facility’s are all spot on for a break in the Lake District.

Shower in the top Bedroom could do with some new sealant, this is just an observation but every thing else was great.

Don’t like to moan but the wooden kitchen table was really sticky to touch - obviously cleaned with inappropriate cleaner . Some table mats or a tablecloth as has previously been suggested would have helped

Lovely spacious accommodation in an ideal location with parking.

It was really spacious and having an outside area was great. Although on quite a busy road, we were not bothered by traffic noise and it was a great location on the edge of town. Parking was a brilliant thing to have as the day we arrived, the car parks were full. Some lovely decorative touches. We would love to stay again.

Not a dislike, but the kitchen was so well equipped that all the cupboards were full and we had nowhere to put our supplies. A tiny point that in no way spoiled the experience.

Loved it, great stay in excellent accomadation.

Location was excellent and central for the lakes. Off road private parking was outstanding. All local facility's pub,restaurants, shops are 3 min walk.

Excellent location for all amenities. Restaurants , shops, and bars all within 5 minutes walk. House is large and clean with all all the comforts of home.

We had an issue with the boiler during the whole weekend stay. However, I am sure this will have been addressed as soon as we moved out. Otherwise we were very happy.

Great stay, cottage and location.

Location is a 5 minutes walk to village centre. Close to pubs, shops and restaurants. Car parking a huge advantage. Clean and large property ideal for our family of 6. Has everything you need that you wouldn’t expect such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, dish sponge, dish cloth, washing up liquid, tea towels and bathroom towels.

The squeaky floorboards are annoying and wake everyone up. Disappointed at the lack of a wardrobe on the 1st floor bedroom and the toilet roll holders are rusty in both bathrooms. The sofas are terrible.

Location was excellent. House was fully kitted out so great facility's all Round. Small issue with Boiler but was fixed same Day, great customer care from Agent.well done. Thank you for a great stay, would recommend.

Disappointing. This is our second visit & although the essence of the property remains poorly manage

Location & parking is the biggest plus of this property. It is also very spacious

Lack of information about property, only 3 loo rolls & no kitchen roll provided, an empty bag of dishwasher tablets, only one bottle of hand soap & no sanitiser. Problems with facilities ie heating system & shower, broken & missing handles on bedroom furniture & no placemats to protect table. I could & will go on in a separate email

Fantastic stay at Rolton house.

The location is fantastic. The accommodation is a little gem. Facilities and lay out of the property was perfect for us. A real bonus having a second sitting room. Would suit all parties with young and older children. Had a great holiday.

The floor boards on the first floor are very squeaky.
