Great to be so central with allocated parking. Very spacious.
Both showers were barely warm despite the water from hot taps being hot. The kitchen had lots of stuff but not everything worked; the kitchen knives were very blunt, there weren't any wooden implements for using with pans.

Fantastic area in walking distance to everything
Heating was a pain to work out specially when been walking in rain for the day just wanted dry clothes an warm up

Good location
Change over Cleaning hadn’t been done before we arrived but they sent staff early evening to do so and gave a small sub for next booking . Kitchen drawers near more thought to contents.

3 time staying at Rolton House and it still ticks all the boxes. Parking,location and facility’s are all spot on for a break in the Lake District.
Shower in the top Bedroom could do with some new sealant, this is just an observation but every thing else was great.
