3 time staying at Rolton House and it still ticks all the boxes. Parking,location and facility’s are all spot on for a break in the Lake District.
Shower in the top Bedroom could do with some new sealant, this is just an observation but every thing else was great.

Great location, excellent parking for 2 cars. So much room and really well equipped . Perfect for our stay !
Don’t like to moan but the wooden kitchen table was really sticky to touch - obviously cleaned with inappropriate cleaner . Some table mats or a tablecloth as has previously been suggested would have helped

It was really spacious and having an outside area was great.
Although on quite a busy road, we were not bothered by traffic noise and it was a great location on the edge of town.
Parking was a brilliant thing to have as the day we arrived, the car parks were full.
Some lovely decorative touches.
We would love to stay again.
Not a dislike, but the kitchen was so well equipped that all the cupboards were full and we had nowhere to put our supplies. A tiny point that in no way spoiled the experience.
