Friendly staff, bar was great and food excellent. Ample parking, room was clean with good amenities. Will definitely be back.
One of the single beds in room 4 is squeaky. Only drawback was waiting for the music to finish in the bar, around midnight, before falling asleep

Lucy, Kieran and the Chef made our stay. The warmest of welcomes and couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. Thank you guys, exceptional staff. I do hope they are fully appreciated. In this climate, hospitality are really struggling and it is so difficult to get and retain good staff, these guy's are a credit to the trade/business and they were natural/genuine. Thanks again
Hmmm. Sorry but the pocky room and pockier bathroom are far too small and claustrophobic, I am sad to announce.

Really loved this place, we stayed in a pod for the night. It was very clean, comfortable and great value for money. We enjoyed dinner at the pub, food was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Location is nice in the lakes, not far from Coniston and would make a good base to explore the wider area. Cute deli on the side of the pub too, selling local produce. Highly recommend.
