Pleasant, thoughtful, friendly and very helpful staff. We had a family room that sleeps 6, one king sized bed, one double, sofa bed and bunk beds. The room was spacious for everyone to move around in, it was clean, warm and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing too. The hotel was busy which tells me it is a very popular place.
The hall lights need a slight adjustment. They are run on sensors, meaning, they will come on when it picks up someone moving, they were a bit slow to react, I found it difficult to see as I moved along the corridor to be in the right position to activate them.

Great staff, lovely bedrooms and public rooms all decorated to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. Food was great and good value for money, decent wine list with something for every budget. Plenty of off road parking with good sized bays. I highly recommend it and will return.
