Location excellent, in centre of Coniston, hub of the town.Beds and room comfortable, towels were amazingly thick and large. We ate breakfast outside, and friends who were staying in other accommodation joined us.We all commented on the high quality, locally sourced products, and good value for paying customers, ours was included.Will definitely stay again.
Ni parking, however we knew this prior to booking.There is a large car park 5 min walk away, it was £10 for 24 hours.

the staff went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable, food was good, atmosphere great
the location was a little noisier than I expected overnight but that was no fault of the accomodation
