Perfect position. Great place to stay for a couple of nights right next to Lake Windermere.

2nd time staying here and not disappointed again. The location is perfect the rooms are comfortable and Kath is very welcoming. The pub is also great with a great beer garden

The owner and staff were lovely, so friendly and nothing was a problem. The rooms were lovely and clean and plenty of tea, coffee and milk. A lively added extra was the bottles of water in the fridge, another lovely thought.
This isn't what we didn't like, but having the option of breakfast would have been ideal for us.

Great value for money , excellent location, very friendly , great for people with dogs . Location was fantastic, car park just round the corner
