A warm welcome and, a very comfortable and spacious room with a lake view. The dining / breakfast room also has a good view of the lake. Breakfast is a good selection with cereal, fruit, toast, tea / coffee, and full English cooked to your liking.

First class short break in a very peaceful location, with the addition of very friendly hosts.

Excellent location for the lake and surrounding activities. A good hearty breakfast with a varied choice. Room was well laid out, very comfy and well serviced. Very professional and friendly hosts. A large private car park was a super bonus.

Lovely hosts , perfect location with a room over looking the lake

Location was amazing , I have arthritis in my knee and hip on the same leg so walking can be a challenge this B& B is about a 3 minute walk to town , with restaurants shops and the lake is literally 2 minutes further . The breakfast were cooked perfectly , I am celiac and they catered for me just as well with a cooked breakfast and gluten free toast .

Brilliant B n B very central to everything with a car park!! Host are so friendly,.Rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need.Thr breakfast is amazing, lots of choice and very filling. We couldn't fault anything and we will definitely be back.

A very enjoyable stay at the New Hall Bank in Bowness-on-Windemere

The breakfast was delicious and very filling, keeping us going until dinner. Dave and Deb were wonderful hosts, and we very much appreciated their hospitality. It was also great to have a view of the lake from our room.

Best place to stay in the area, we'll be back

The breakfast was full English and delicious. The location was lovely, quiet with off street parking. Very handy to walk to everything in the town. Great pub over the road for evening meal. Davey and Deborah are wonderful hosts, gave us lots of ideas for exploring the area.

The property was in a fantastic location! The rooms were spotless and equipped with everything you need, from kettle, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was also lovely and piping hot.

Wonderful

The location was great, we could walk around or easily get a taxi or drive to surrounding places. There’s a charging point in Booths which isn’t far too. The place itself is lovely, our room was huge and beautiful decorated and didn’t matter that our bathroom was opposite. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the view from the breakfast room was lovely and you can see Belle Island. Deborah and Dave are also fantastic, very helpful and are great to talk to.

Very relaxing stay

The hotel was situated 3 mins walk from the pier and town centre but is in a very quiet area. Plenty of parking which is included. The room was very clean and comes with plenty of storage. The bed comes with top quality bedding and is very comfortable. Full English breakfast and cereal available in a room with a very picturesque view of the lake. The hosts were very welcoming and full of great advice on the surrounding area, also kept there distance even though always available were not in your face like some we places we have stayed. All in all would highly recommend and if we go back to windermere this is great place we would stay.

Amazing B&B in the heart of bowness on windermere.

The hosts David and Deborah are the nicest people you could meet. They make you feel right at home. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have everything you need. They are clean and comfy to a high standard. Some of the rooms have lovely views of the lake. The breakfast is amazing and will set you up for the rest of the day. The property is in an excellent area of bowness with the shops, bars, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. I highly recommend this B&B.
