we were made to feel very welcome sraight away. Dave let us know we were in a room he had just refurbished and we could tell immediately. the whole house so clean and tidy. breakfast was great each morning, served in a room overlooking the lake. a fantastic view. the location was ideal and ther was a pub 50 yards away - bonus! next time we are visiting the lakes will book this property. we can recommend this guest house.
we did not find any fault with the accomodation or with the hosts Debs and Dave.
