Great location with fantastic views

Looking Tired in some area, breakfast was a bit disorganised

The location was fabulous.

The room we had was very noisy due to creaking stairs above.

The location is fantastic Reception staff very helpful

The first morning for breakfast was not a great experience.. staff not very helpful and didn’t feel the place was managed well. Coffee machine was spraying the wall and and leaking everywhere and four of the catering breakfast pots were empty( no eggs, no bacon, no black pudding, no beans ) it was only 9.30 so these items should not be running out. Generally people were not happy but they did get refilled in the end but believe this is poor organisation. The breakfast area was messy and felt dirty Second evening two of our party requested a couple of coffees at the bar approx 9pm but were told the machine was not on there was no boiling water . Strange that a hotel does not have boiling water . These are only small points but they can reflect badly on the hotel and certainly we we and other people were not happy Overall though this is a lovely hotel in a great location but we all felt the staff let this 4 star hotel down
