The location was ideal, short walk to the waterfront and town centre A bonus was the parking on site
Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had lots of choices
The surrounding gardens were beautiful
Plenty of sockets in the room and phone charging points
Hair dryer provided
Our room was in the main old house It was very outdated
The room had cobwebs and the bathroom window didn’t open
We could hear the pipes knocking from the room next door which was annoying

Breakfast excellent.
Room had stains on ceiling and wall. Creaky floor boards. Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Unsightly mould around toilet fitting. Bathroom floor has numerous cracked tiles. Room door handle loose.
