Owners were so welcoming and friendly , Located in a perfect place close to the lake and all the bars and restaurants literally within a five minute walk . Clean and comfy , the breakfast is amazing and you get a lot.

Very nice, close to all points of interest in Bowness on Windermere. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation.
The dirt dropping off the trees next to parking mostly when very windy.

Property had good parking. Friendly staff. Food was class. Room was just what we needed for our stay.
The tv in the room was a bit outdated but that wasn’t much of an issue in all honesty. The shower did lose a bit of pressure here and there but not to a point that it was a major issue.

Close to lake
Having a only 30 minutes time slot for ur breakfast and having to preorder u breakfast the night before and a limited choice
