    Was disappointed at check in as strict with us as could not go half hr early at 2.30 . I felt it was the attitude rather than the availability and told to me keep our luggage in the car. The elevator is small so I thought I would be helping with less congestion if we got in early to the room Room was a good size as well as the bathroom which was bath shower room 61 Nice choice of teas and biscuits but no mini fridge in the room The view terrible and windows dirty otherwise the room was great and clean and comfortable bed Very handy for the lake cruises and on a quiet street, easy parking . Sufficient breakfast

    Fabulous hotel in an amazing location. Charlie on the front desk had excellent activities advice and was very helpful. Joy in the restaurant was brilliant and thoroughly looked after us. Ian and Alina were also so friendly and helpful. Thank you all for a fantastic stay.
