The hot tub on the room balcony was the star of the show of course, it was excellent, as was the breakfast, plenty options and delicious fresh food. The staff were amazing and the extra touches, like the mulled wine at check in (it’s Christmas) really made the experience perfect.
Only negatives I can say are the room was slightly dark and dated, and the public spa area was quite crowded.

Very clean warm room and complimentary toiletries, friendly helpful staff and a lovely welcome, I'm only giving 4 stars because after checking while booking that I could eat gluten free I was left very disappointed and hungry after waiting 30 mins for a gluten free breakfast half of it was missing and cold also the sausages were raw, the breakfast everyone else was eating looked amazing and they had a lot of delicious looking choices, had a long travel home very hungry, I should say staff were very apologetic and did refund, otherwise an amazing stay
