Great location, lovely hosts who can't do enough for you, very clean & comfortable with a fantastic breakfast included.

The reception i recieved from the hosts was second to none. Totally friendly and informative. The room was really good and so well equipped with shower gels, a makeup remover kit which was a first. Proper coffee and a great choice of flavoured teas. Never experienced in any other guest house. Breakfast was again second to none. You can choose what you want from a full English as in if you only want parts of it. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts which are in a bowl of ice. Again never experienced that before. Definitely in the top 3 of guest houses stayed in over 30 years.
The only negative is the guest house proximity to the road. No pavement but only a cycle lane. However if care taken its only 4 or 5 footsteps to the pavement.
